We like to enjoy Calisco neat or on the rocks with a slice of melon or citrus, where its nuanced flavors and bright character are allowed to shine. While beautifully sipped on its own, Calisco is a good friend that plays well with others.
In addition to the classic brandy and pisco cocktails, it can be mixed in any cocktail that calls for tequila, rum, gin, vodka or sparkling wines. We like to call it universal mixability.
