MARACUYA SOUR
A brilliant riff on the traditional pisco sour. The addition of passion fruit is common in South America and makes this cocktail dangerously crushable.
Ingredients
• 2 oz Calisco Spirit of California
• 1 oz Passion Fruit puree
• .5 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white
The Build
• Add all ingredients except ice to the shaker and shake well for 10 seconds
• Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously for another 5 seconds
• Strain into glass

• Lime wedge or wheel
