CALI-COLA
A classic combo of cola and booze. A Cuba Libre in Cuba, a Batanga in Mexico, and a Piscola in Peru, the classic combination of Cola and spirits is known across the globe by many names, each variation a unique taste of their country. The only thing easier than making this cocktail is drinking it. The Cali-Cola is the perfect warm weather daytime sipper - don’t forget the lime!
Ingredients
•1.5 oz Calisco Spirit of
California
• 3-4 oz Mexican Coke (real cane sugar cola is best)
• Fresh squeezed lime to taste
• Pinch of Sea-salt (optional)
The Build
• Pour Calisco, sea salt and lime juice over ice in a cocktail glass.
• Top with Cola
Garnish
• Fresh lime wedge
