A Calisco Martini is a delightful twist on the classic Martini, incorporating the unique and aromatic flavors of Calisco. This elegant cocktail starts with a base of Calisco, which infuses the drink with a floral and fruity essence. To balance the spirit's richness, a touch of dry vermouth is added, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
Ingredients
• 1.5 oz Calisco Spirit of California
• 1.25 oz Dry Gin
• .25 oz dry vermouth
• 1-2 dashes orange bitters
The Build
• Combine all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass.
• Stir thoroughly.
• Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish
• Castelvetrano olive and/or expressed lemon peel
